Principles

What we hold ourselves to

Our products sit between businesses and the people inside their spaces. That position demands restraint as much as capability.

Grounded, or silent

A verified answer beats a plausible guess every time. When we don't know, we say so and point to a human — we never invent facts, amenities, or policies.

Scope is sacred

Isolation between tenants, worlds, and environments is enforced at the database layer, not promised in copy. A kiosk sees only what it's scoped to see.

Calm by default

The best interface in a physical space gets out of the way. Short answers, no upsell spam, no clutter.

Publish what we learn

Research isn't marketing collateral — it's how we hold our own claims accountable. If a method doesn't work, we say that too.
