AirNLP is a research lab building HOWI and other applied-AI products. This policy covers our research site and every product we ship.

What we collect
Site visitors. Standard web analytics (pages viewed, referrer) and, if you sign up for research updates, your email.
Product users. Hosts using HOWI provide account and world configuration data; guests interacting through guest links or kiosks are identified only by public identifiers, never internal ones.
How we use it
To run the product you're using, answer questions grounded in your world's data, and improve AirNLP's research and products. We do not use private world content to train foundation models.
Sharing
We don't sell data. We share only what's required to run the service — Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), and model providers for generating responses — each bound by their own data protection terms.
