Universe → worlds → environments → surfaces. Knowledge is written once at the widest scope where it's true; every surface answers with the right slice. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer, not promised in copy.

Bring your world onto surfaces you already own. The website widget is first — a drop-in element answering visitor questions from your world's verified context. In development now.

For developers

A public API and webhooks are planned so you can read world state and react to events programmatically — integrations with calendars, messaging, and PM tooling are on the roadmap too.
