- Someone owns keeping them current.
- You know which answers differ per unit or room.
Scope is understood
- You can list your distinct environments.
- You know what guests should never see.
Failure modes are planned
- There's a human escalation path when AI can't answer.
- Safety-critical info is human-verified, not AI-drafted.
