The words we use
The vocabulary that runs through everything AirNLP builds, from the top of the model down.
Universe
Everything one account operates under — a portfolio might hold dozens of worlds; an owner's might hold one.
World
One business or property. A world holds the knowledge its surfaces answer from.
Environment
A distinct space inside a world — a unit, a floor, a lobby — that can override world-level answers when reality differs.
Surface
Anywhere the world answers questions: guest link, kiosk, or staff mode.
