A flat list of appliances doesn't scale past a handful of items, and it doesn't capture where something actually is in a space with multiple rooms.
What shipped
Inside this space organizes everything in a property into areas, groups, subgroups, and individual items — each with a location, notes, instructions, and an optional manual link. Items are automatically classified into one of eight kinds (equipment, fixture, supply, amenity, safety, furniture, item, other), which a host can override manually. Existing flat appliance lists migrate into this structure automatically, with nothing lost in the move.
Why it matters
This is the structured source of truth that HOWI's AI now checks before answering any question about in-room equipment — the more precisely a host describes what's actually in a space, the more precisely HOWI can answer about it (or honestly say it doesn't know).
