What's Going On

Two new ways for guests to tell you what's going on

A quick pulse survey mid-stay, and a straightforward way to flag something broken — both scoped, both private by default, both feeding a summary a host can actually use.

Two related gaps closed in the same week: hosts had no lightweight way to ask "how's it going?" mid-stay, and guests had no direct way to flag something wrong without hunting for contact information.

Micro-surveys

Short, host-authored surveys — rating, single-select, or short-text questions — that guests answer from a link or kiosk:

  • Built-in templates for a post-stay pulse and a mid-stay check, ready to publish as-is or duplicate and adjust.
  • Locked once answered. A survey's questions freeze the moment its first response comes in, so results always mean the same thing.
  • Sentiment and urgency, automatically. Each response is distilled into a compact insight — sentiment, urgency, and a short summary — so a flood of "everything's fine" doesn't bury the one response that needs attention now.

Guest bug reports

A direct, low-friction way to report something broken from the guest or kiosk surface itself, with the context that makes it useful — which link, which device, what page — attached automatically.

Why together

Both are the same idea from two directions: give guests a real channel for what they're actually experiencing, and give hosts a signal they can act on instead of a wall of raw messages.
