One Console

One console for every venue

A single workspace console for hosts running multiple venues, staff who can log into a kiosk with a PIN instead of the owner account, and reusable Rules, Policies, and SOPs.

AirNLP Research

A host running one property and a host running ten venues need very different tools for the same job — running the place day to day.

The problem

Settings were scattered, every venue was managed separately, and there was no way to give staff scoped access without sharing the owner's login.

What shipped

  • A workspace console: settings moved into one overlay with panels for billing, devices, calendars, and services
  • A venue picker and personal workspaces, so multi-venue hosts land in a consistent console every time
  • Venue memberships — invite staff with admin or member roles, and give them 6-digit PIN login on kiosk instead of the owner's credentials
  • Rules, Policies, and SOPs libraries — author a house rule, policy, or procedure once, assign it to the specific worlds or spaces where it applies, and control whether guests, staff, or just the host sees it

Why it matters

This is what makes HOWI workable for a host with a real, growing portfolio — not just a single property. Staff get exactly the access they need, and the content that should be reused across venues actually gets reused, instead of retyped.

Availability

Shipped in stages from late January through mid-February 2026, and in continuous use since.
