• Space Intel — a property editor section for positioning (tier, relative value), vibe tags (presets plus up to 8 custom), and short bullet lists for guest profile, key features, and constraints
• Multiple team contacts on the guest Essentials panel, instead of a single host line
• Host departure notes on the checkout task panel — context above the checklist, not another task

Why it matters

These structured fields feed directly into how HOWI's AI talks about a space, and they give guests the right people to contact and the right note to read on their way out — small details that make a stay feel considered.
